RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and execute elements of employee relations and public relations plans to enhance brand name of the company.
- Responsible for all online channels (web, social media, etc.) contents of the company.
- Responsible for internal and external communication activities.
- Compose creative contents to publish internally and externally.
- Ensure all publications are published professionally and timely.
- Plan and organize events to enhance the corporate and employee brand.
- Manage event operations and evaluate the effectiveness of events.
- Weekly and/or on-demand report to supervisor.
- Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations.
- Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality.
SKILL & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Communications, Events or Public Relations
- Good English skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experienced in using Social Media platforms.
- Good knowledge of Social media & Event management.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Strong planning, organization and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
