RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute elements of employee relations and public relations plans to enhance brand name of the company.
  • Responsible for all online channels (web, social media, etc.) contents of the company.
  • Responsible for internal and external communication activities.
  • Compose creative contents to publish internally and externally.
  • Ensure all publications are published professionally and timely.
  • Plan and organize events to enhance the corporate and employee brand.
  • Manage event operations and evaluate the effectiveness of events.
  • Weekly and/or on-demand report to supervisor.
  • Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations.
  • Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality.

SKILL & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Communications, Events or Public Relations
  • Good English skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experienced in using Social Media platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Social media & Event management.
  • Strong content creation skills.
  • Strong planning, organization and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
